Request starts per minute are set by your plan. The limit counts starts accepted in a one-minute window, not concurrent jobs, and every authenticated response carries X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining and X-RateLimit-Reset.
Exceeding it returns 400 with concurrency_limit_reached. The code keeps that name for compatibility even though the semantics are starts per minute.
Log retention follows the plan: 3 days on Free through 90 on Enterprise.
